Employment

Be self-employed or employed in the pool and spa service and repair business and derive more than 50% of your income from it.

Chapter Meetings

Agree to attend one of our monthly chapter meetings as a prospective member and at least 1 meeting each quarter after joining (1st Wednesday of each month, 6:30pm dinner, 7pm meeting starts, normally at the VFW Hall, 8990 Kruitof Way, Fair Oaks, 95628)

Agree to follow the Capital Valley Chapter Standing Rules

Rules

Agree to and participate in sick route coverage pursuant to the Capital Valley IPSSA Chapter Standing Rules and in all approved sick route coverage zip codes.

Insurance

Maintain liability insurance, at a minimum of $1,000,000 coverage.

Exam

Pass IPSSA’s Water Chemistry Exam and/or approved certification program within 90 days of joining.

Licenses

All IPSSA members are encouraged to maintain current business and professional licenses required in their geographic locations.
